Ansareye is the operations intelligence layer for modern hospitals. This page explains what data we collect when you interact with our marketing site and how we use it.

1. What we collect

When you submit the "Request a demo" form on our site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your hospital or organization
• Your role
• Your work email
• Your phone number (if you provide one)
• Your message (if you include one)

When you visit the site, Cloudflare's edge network processes the request to serve the page. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer) as part of providing the service.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics on this marketing site.
• We do not set marketing cookies.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. How we use the data

The form data is used solely to respond to your demo request — to schedule the session and follow up on the conversation. We retain the message and your contact details until you ask us to delete them, or for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction, whichever comes first.

5. Customer data (separate notice)

This notice covers ansareye.com — our marketing site. Ansareye customers are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed at contract time. Contact us to request the DPA template.

6. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
